Salty Charters was founded by Matt and Shelby in 2022 with a desire to share what we love - adventure, good food and spending quality time with family and friends.

As owners, we are heavily involved in making our guests’ vacation one they will never forget. We understand the large investment and are committed to a smooth, worry free charter. We carefully handpick each crew member, ensuring exceptional competence in their roles, great reputation and warmth and confidence in hosting guests . Our crews have our full support at maintaining our yachts, preparing them for charter, and providing top notch service, food and entertainment while our guests are onboard.

A little about us…we have been married for 10 years with 2, soon to be 3, active and bubbly kids! Quality, family time is the most important thing to us and drives what we do. Together, with our daughters, we share a love for travel. It offers us the ability to step away, have good conversations with each other while learning and dreaming together. We value new experiences, cultures, quality food, beautiful landscapes and getting to know others around the world. We strive to bring this into our guests’ ultimate vacation in the Caribbean!
